The session will consider a number of laws, including the new law on the state language of

Tajikistan

, adopted by the Majlisi Namoyandagon (


Tajikistan


’s lower chamber of parliament) this year.





Shavkat Saidov, an aide to the Majlisi Milli speaker, says if the upper house seconds the new language legislation it will be sent for signature to the president.





According to him, members of the Majlisi Milli are expected to consider 12 issues today.
