DUSHANBE, April 14, 2010, Asia-Plus  — Dr. John Heathershaw, Department of International Relations, London School of Economics (LSE), is expected to meet with a group of school leavers and students from a number of Dushanbe-based universities today, according to the Dushanbe mayor’s office press service.

The meeting is dedicated to discuss issues related to training of Tajik students at universities in the United Kingdom.

Earlier, the Dushanbe mayor’s office had stated that this year, it will pay for training of gifted Tajik school students at foreign prestigious universities such as Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard, the source said.
