DUSHANBE, July 11, 2011, Asia-Plus — The ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is creating its youth organization called Sozandagoni Vatan (Creators of Homeland).

The PDP public relations department head Usmon Solehov says the founding meeting of the organization will take place in Dushanbe until the end of this month.

“The main objective of the organization will be in fostering a spirit of patriotism, devotion to ideas of national self-consciousness and independence of the country in the young generation,” Solehov noted.

Asked about participation of the PDP first deputy leader Safar Safarov in the 29th congress of the Communist Party of Tajikistan (CPT), Solehov said that PDP and CPT had similar stances on issues of the nationwide significance such as providing security of the country, carrying out economic reforms, enhancing energy sector, etc.

According to him, their party is ready to hold dialogue regarding issues of the nationwide significance with all politic parties of the country.
