DUSHANBE, November 17, 2011, Asia-Plus  — President Emomali Rahmon yesterday evening had telephone conversations with chairpersons of Vahdat, Rasht, Roudaki, Hisor, Yovon and Khuroson districts to discuss preparations to ensure the regular work of the country’s economy during autumn-winter 2011-2012.

According to the presidential press service, the regional administrators reported on measures taken to properly finish the autumn sowing campaign and continue repeat sowing as well as provide educational and health facilities with fuel and electricity.

The president noted that Vahdat, Hisor, Yovon and Khuroson were failing to keep pace with their autumn sowing targets ad ordered to speed up the work pace, the source said.
