Dushanbe. 27 August. “Asia-Plus” – Today, 27 August, a preparatory hearing on the suit of Union of Writers of Tajikistan, Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Union of Artists of Tajikistan, Union of Composers of Tajikistan, Union of Architects of Tajikistan, Dilbar Abdieva, Askarali Rajabov, Hikmata Rahmatova against Olga Tutubalina and Asia-Plus newspaper on protection of honor, dignity, business reputation, and moral damages was held in Dushanbe Ferdowsi District Court. Due to mistakes in filling out the lawsuit, the Court gave time until 3 September for their correction.

According to Asia-Plus lawyer, Shuhrat Qudratov, the plaintiff has provided missing documents and applications. Mr. Qudratov said: “They were filled out contrary to the Code of Civil Procedures. Therefore the defendant petitioned that the plaintiff corrects all deficiencies. Court gave to plaintiffs until 3 September for all corrections.”
