Dushanbe. 27 August. “Asia-Plus” –  Border Guard Forces Main Directorate of the Committee for National Security spokesperson, Khushnud Rahmatullaev, told Asia-Plus that they had not received signals from Penjikent duty unit about the loss of 5 residents of Penjikent in Soghd Province.

It is about the 74-year-old Mardan Bouriev, his son Sulayman and grandson Manouchehr, as well as neighbors Israfil Bilalov and Shahrukh Qasimov.

According to the wife of the 74-year-old Penjikent resident, Narchuchuk Eshmuradova, their grandson Manouchehr has called recently crying, asking that they get released. According to Ms. Eshmuradova, the grandson said that he is in Tashkent now. She has no information about the other relatives.
