(New Tajikistan) Party, Mahmoudjan Qasimov, as the organizer of the flash-mob, was also arrested for five days.
Administrative cases have been opened against all of them based on Article 460 (disorderly conduct) of the Code of Administrative Offences.
Mahmoudjan Qasimov told Asia-Plus before the hearing that they are being accused of supposedly violated public order, attracting the driving-by drivers” attention. The Flash-mob was held on the roof of Paytakht shopping center and was practically not seen by others.
