Dushanbe. 26 August. “Asia Plus” — Promised by the President Emomali Rakhmon in his massage to the parliament the next stage of the rise of the salaries, pensions, allowances and grants from the 1st of September, has been postponed indefinitely.

According to the source in an economic bloc of the government, today even a draft of presidential decree on raising the size of payments is not prepared by the Ministry of Finance.

The source nouted that the consequences of the global financial and economic crisis, the crisis in the economy of Tajikistan”s main economic partner – Russia, the decrease in remittances from Tajik migrant workers, prevented the Tajik authorities to fulfill their promise in a proper time.

Recall that the last time when the size of pensions, salaries, grants and benefits to Tajikistan has been upgraded was in September 2013.

In the message to the parliament on 23 January this year the president said that with the development of the economy and the financial capacity of the country, from the 1st September 2015 the next stage of the wage rise of public sector employees will be carried out.
