DUSHANBE, October 15, 2015, Asia-Plus – A 65-year-old pensioner from the Tajik northern city of Khujand has brutally killed his 61-year-old sister.

According to the Interior Ministry’s website, the pensioner being in a state of drunkenness killed his sister with an axe on October 13 near the “Navrason” Theater in Khujand following quarrel.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted against him and an investigation is under way.
