Mr. Daniel Rosenblum, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Central Asia at the U.S. Department of State, reportedly stated this during the teleconference with journalists from Central Asia on December 23.

All Central Asian countries were proposed to join the coalition, including Uzbekistan.  We will continue to talk about this with our partners in Uzbekistan, Mr. Rosenblum was cited as saying.

Deputy Assistant Secretary of State reportedly said that the role of each country in the coalition could be expressed in the form of military support or stop of the flow of militants to Syria and Iraq, as well as the suspension of financial flows to support the IS.
