DUSHANBE, May 31, 2016, Asia-Plus – Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) Spitamen Bank reports that it introduces mortgage loan intended for legal entities, individuals and entrepreneurs beginning on June 1, 2016.

“The product that we have developed with the aim of providing affordable solutions to problems related to housing is now a priority for many people: families with children; honeymooners; and those who live with close relatives and want to have their own house.  But, as we know, it is not always possible to immediately raise the amount that is required for purchasing own house.  A loan from our bank may be a good solution to this problem,” said the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of CJSC Spitamen Bank, Umedjon Hikmatov.

In addition to the acquisition of property, the loan can be used to repair housing.
