DUSHANBE, June 9, 2016, Asia-Plus — Spitamen Bank has held a meeting with representatives of construction company Avicenna, during which the bank presented its new product – a mortgage loan.

The meeting focused on the benefits and terms of mortgage loans provided for the purchase and renovation of a dwelling house.

Representatives of Avicenna have been given advice on all matters with concrete examples and recommendations on how best to address the issues when working with a mortgage.  It was noted that the loan is issued not only for the purchase of apartments, but also to build a house, and to participate in the joint construction.

Joint-Stock Company (JSC) Avicenna is one of the most successful companies engaged in producing building materials and constructing apartment buildings.

Residential construction is one the main areas of activity of the company.   Avicenna plans to make an overall space of 104,000 square meters in residential buildings available in 1916-197.   

Spitamen Bank is a bank operating nationwide in Tajikistan, under license from the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT).

Spitamen Bank started its Microcredit Deposit Organization in the country as Spitamen Capital in 2008 leading to a banking license from the National Bank of Tajikistan by 2014.  The company holds the license for banking operations in both local and foreign currency.
