In the capital’s "Navruzgoh" on September 10 will be summarized the results of the Republican contest for the title of best pilaf cooker in Tajikistan.

As reported a source in the administration of the mayor of Dushanbe, the competition will be attended by the representatives of all regions of Tajikistan – more than 120 chefs.

Only the capital at the competition will present six pilaf masters, who will cook pilaf in six cauldrons out of 300 kg of rice. Dushanbe chefs in the competition will be headed by the winner of city competition of pilaf cookers – the chef of capital’s teahouse "Rohat" Afzalsho Kholov.

In addition, among the chefs will be held competitions for the best design of a tablecloth for pilaf, will be rewarded the best dancer among chefs and the competition for the best clothes of the cook.

This event is expected to be attended by the top leadership of Tajikistan.
