Eighty newly-fledged lieutenants have joined the ranks of Tajik border guard officers.
A ceremony of handing over diplomas to 80 raw lieutenants took place at the Higher Border Guard Institute of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of Tajikistan on July 6.
The diploma handover ceremony was attended by Lieutenant-General Rajabali Rahmonali, Commander of Border Troops of Tajikistan, Major-General Mansour Umarov, Deputy Head of the SCNS, and Major-General Vadim Mitreikin, Chief of the Operational Border Group of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) in Tajikistan.
