Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the government to conduct negotiations with Uzbekistan regarding signing of an agreement on control of targeted use of military products, according to Russian media reports.  

This agreement is expected to be signed within the framework of an agreement between Russia and Uzbekistan on expansion of military and technical cooperation that was signed in Moscow on November

29, 2016.

The agreement of November 29, 2016, in particular, provides for the procedure of mutual supply of military and dual-use materials.
