Director of one of Dushanbe’s hotels is charged with organizing a brothel.

The Interior Ministry’s website reports a 23-year-old woman from Khatlon’s Temourmalik district has been detained on suspicion of organizing a brothel in a hotel, in which she worked as director.

She was reportedly providing rooms to couples for dating meetings at the rate of 300 somoni per hour.

The woman was arrested on November 12. Criminal proceedings have been instituted against her and an investigation is under way.
