More than 800 employees of six health centers, two ambulance stations, the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance and the department of the Office of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense of the city of Khujand received food packages on behalf of the head of the region, Rajabboy Ahmadzoda.

According to Khayrullo Gaybullozoda, the first deputy mayor of Khujand, the assistance is intended for more than 800 employees of these institutions – from security guards and cleaners to nurses, doctors and military personnel of the CoES.

In the coming days, the Khujand city administration will also provide a lump-sum cash allowance to medical workers of the regional center.
