Using the credulity of little girl, resident of the northern city of Khujand raped her and then invited his friend to do the same.

A TV report by the Sughd police department press center says two residents of Khujand – Davron Tojiboyev, 27, and Ibrohim Sharipov, 24 — have been detained on suspicion of raping a 12-year-old girl suffering from mental illness.

A woman applied to the Sughd police department in the evening of July 13 saying that her 12-year-year suffering from mental illness disappeared.

The investigation has reportedly established that Davron Tojiboyev, using the credulity of little girl, took her to the attic floor of abandoned house and raped her.  He then invited his friend Ibrohim Sharipov, who also raped the girl.

The criminal proceedings have been instituted against Davron Tojiboyev and Ibrohim Sharipov under the provisions of Article 138 of Tajikistan’s Penal Code – raping; an investigation is under way.
