A 15-year-old resident of Varzob district has been detained on suspicion of committing two murders of severe cruelty.
According to the Interior Ministry’s website, he hammered to death with an ax two residents of Dushanbe (25-year-old young man and 13-year-ld teen) in the territory of the “Nilan” Rest Home in Varzob on the night of July 6-7 following quarrel.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against him and an investigation is under way.
