Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali today, September 4, launched the construction of 4 hotels in the capital.
One of them will appear on the street of Nizomi Ganjavi in the metropolitan district of Sino.
According to the plan, the five-star hotel will consist of two buildings: a 20-story hotel and a 17-story business center. The hotel will have 160 rooms, including two penthouses.
Construction will be handled by “Elite-Stroy-Service” LLC, and must be completed in two years, by the 30th anniversary of the country's independence
Another “WYNDHAM Dushanbe hotel & Resorts” hotel will appear on Habib Akhrori street in Ismoili Somoni district.
The five-star hotel will have 9 floors, 103 rooms, a presidential room and 2 super-luxury rooms.
The object will be built by domestic entrepreneur Navruz Usmonov. The hotel should also be ready for Independence Day in 2021
The 24-story “Grand Rudaki Tower” will be built on Rudaki Avenue. It will be built by “Sebiston-2018” LLC. The hotel will have 141 rooms, including two presidential rooms.
The five-star hotel "Diplomat" will open its doors on the street Bokhtar, 3 Construction will be carried out by “Rushdi Osiyo” LLC. The 16-story hotel will have 80 rooms
All hotels should be put into operation on the 30th anniversary of the independence of Tajikistan and meet all international quality standards. Recall that within two years it is planned to build 9 modern hotels with 630 rooms for the simultaneous reception of more than a thousand people.
