Tajik, Uzbek diplomats exchange experiences on cooperation with media

The next round of Tajikistan-Uzbekistan inter-MFA consultations on information support for foreign policy and work with media took place at the Uzbek MFA in Tashkent on December 3. 

Head of the Tajik MFA Department for Information, Press, Analysis and Foreign Policy Planning, Vafo Niyatbekzoda, represented Tajikistan at the consultations, according to the Uzbek MFA press center.

The two sides reportedly discussed experiences of the two countries on information support for foreign policy, accreditation of foreign media, work with media and public opinion, as well as organization of media events.     

They also discussed proposals on expansion of cooperation between the information departments of the foreign ministries of the two countries.
