The transfer of the commanding staff of the Agency will be carried out once every three years.

The President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, by his decree, instructed to approve the Rules for the transfer (rotation) of the commanding staff of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic.

In accordance with these rules, the transfer of the commanding staff of the Agency is carried out once every three years..

The adoption of this measure is explained, in particular, "the prevention of possible cases of corruption or conflict of interest.".

Also, new rules are introduced in order to effectively use the professional potential of employees, fulfill orders of special state importance, and train management personnel.

Prior to this, the movement of the commanding staff of the department was regulated by the Regulations on the passage of service in law enforcement units of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan. The document approved by the decree of the President of the country in 2008 did not provide for a specific time frame for the rotation of the commanding staff of the anti-corruption department.
