DUSHANBE, March 31, 2009, Asia-Plus — On March 30, Chairman of the Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan upper chamber of parliament) Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev singed a resolution on convocation of a joint meeting of both chambers of the parliament on April 15.
According to the Ministry of Finance (MoF), in this year’s address to the parliament, President Emomali Rahmon is expected to make emphasis on measures to minimize effects of the global financial crisis in the country.
