Two deputy mayors of Dushanbe and chairpersons of two Dushanbe’s districts dismissed

President Emomali Rahmon, who is also Head of the Government of Tajikistan, has replaced two deputy mayors of Dushanbe and chairpersons of two Dushanbe’s districts.

A source within the Dushanbe Administration says Umed Gurezzoda and Dilshod Odinazoda have been relieved of their posts of Deputy Mayors of Dushanbe in connection with transfer to other jobs. 

Umed Gurezzoda was appointed acting Chairperson of Dushanbe’s Firdavsi District, replacing Fathiddin Usmonzoda.

Tojiddin Saidzoda, who had previously served as head of Dushanbe mayor’s executive office, was appointed acting Chairperson of Dushanbe’s Sino District, replacing Nusratullo Salimzoda.
