, July 10, Asia-Plus – An international two-day seminar formally titled “Management of Emergencies in Case of Flooding” will open in
Dushanbe
on July 11, according to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
The MES source says the seminar staging by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is aiming to consider the results of survey on assessment of emergencies on the
Panj
River
.
The seminar participants are expected to include

’s Deputy Prime Minister Asadullo Ghulomov, Emergencies Minister Mirzo Ziyoyev, as well as senior representatives from the Japans’ Embassy and international humanitarian organizations active in
