International Sports Games of the CIS that opened in the Belarus capital of Minsk on June 20.

            According to information from the Tajik Sports and Physical Training Committee, Tajik sportsmen are competing in volleyball, mini football, table tennis and darts.  “All member nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) are taking part in these competitions dedicated to the 15

anniversary of the establishment of the CIS,” the source said, adding that the Sports and Physical Training Committee, the National Olympic Committee (NOC) and the “Hosilot” Public Association have provided financial support to Tajik athletes taking part in the CIS competitions.
