) Zokir Abdulloyev was detained in

yesterday when he was trying to push some one kilogram of heroin.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted against him, and investigation is under way.  

Meantime, the source in Tajik drug police says 355 kilograms of drugs were intercepted in the country last month.  The totaled included some 270 kilograms of heroin.  In January 2005, 110 kilograms of drugs, with a half of them being heroin, were seized in
