Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, said housing and observance of architectural and construction were the focus of discussions

For the purpose of providing residents with accessible housing the Dushanbe capital construction directorate is to determine rules and terms of making deposits to construct residential buildings.
