KULOB, June 11, Asia-Plus — The Kulob dairy factory launched a sausage workshop today.
Mahmad Azizov, the engineer-in-chief with the Kulob dairy factory, said that equipment for the workshop had purchased in Russia. According to him, the workshop will still produce some 100 kilograms of cooked meats per day with further increase in the future.
It is the second sausage workshop in Kulob. The first one operates at the limited liability company Orien-Rustam (former Kulob meat processing and packing plant). Since the beginning of the year, Orien-Rustam has produced 4.3 tons of sausages.
Besides, 8.6 tons of cooked meats have been produced by private sector over the report period.
The Kulob dairy factory is also completing setup of bread-baking equipment, the engineer-in-chief said.
