KULOB, November 14, 2008, Asia-Plus  — The Kulob regional prosecutor’s office has appealed against the decision of the administration of the Farkhor district permitting to sell building of the Gulshan jamoat administration, Alfattoh Roziqov, deputy Khatlon prosecutor in charge of the Kulob region, said in an interview with Asia-Plus.

According to him, the building was bought by the Gulshan jamoat head Zohir Salimov, who submitted fake documentation to the Farkhor district administration that “the building is allegedly in a very poor stay and unfit for maintenance.”

“Moreover, Salimov made an unfounded decision on transferring 9 hectares of farmland and one tractor from one farming unit to another one,” the deputy prosecutor said.
