In the course of the upcoming visit of the president of France Nicolas Sarkozy to Kazakhstan in June, the countries plan to sign an agreement on a visa-free travel for the holders of diplomatic passports.

Meanwhile, the Kazakhstan delegation also broached the subject of simplification of the entry visa procedures between the countries at the meeting with France Interior Ministry diplomatic advisor.

The Kazakh delegation also discussed the issue of readmission of illegal immigrants with the French Ministry on Immigration and Integration.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy will pay an official visit to Astana on June 25 – June 26.
