“I would like to congratulate you on re-election to the post of the president of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the message says.

Nursultan Nazarbaev expressed confidence that, activity of Kurmanbek Bakiev on the post “will continue serving to strengthening of stability and development of democracy in Kyrgyzstan for the sake of the country’s progress and well-being of all its citizens.”

“I am sure that traditional, time and history-proved friendship, mutual understanding and cooperation between our countries will continue to strengthen in behalf of our people,” the President of Kazakhstan outlined in the message.
