Khujand. June 17. “Asia – Plus” — “Kairakkum” vacation home and “Buhta Mirnaya” recreation area, both located on the bank of the Kairakkum reservoir, which were the property of Vostokredmet state enterprise, have been transferred to the balance of the Tajik National Bank.
Owner has been changed in accordance with related regulation of the Government of Tajikistan of April 13, 2010, administration of the Kairakkum vacation home told the AP.
There is an ongoing repair works in the main building. There are six buildings and all of them will be repaired, the source said.
Kairakkum vacation home occupies a territory of 15 hectares. It has a canteen, repair shops, laundry, machine shop, procedure units and vehicles. It is able to accommodate 250 guests.
There are 50 guests at the moment. Its staff, which consists of 140 workers, will remain unchanged.
Repair works in Buhta Mirnaya recreation area have been completed. It occupies a territory of 5,5 hectares, 5,1 of which have been transferred to the balance of the Tajik National Bank.
17 double room cottages have been repaired, representative of the Tajik National Bank told the AP. All these cottages are equipped with related comfortable infrastructure.
