Khujand. June 22. “Asia-Plus” — A road accident reported to take place on Shahristan mountain pass as vehicle felt into 120 meter deep ravine, no victims are reported.
According to the Interior Department for Sughd area, on June 22 the driver of Musso vehicle, resident of Istaravshan city, Sharofiddin Azimbekov has lost control over his car while driving on the 176th kilometer of the Dushanbe-Khujand-Chanak road. As a result, his car felt into a 120 meter deep ravine.
“The driver and two of his passengers – a female resident of Spitamen region and her 4-year-old son got multiple injuries and were hospitalized to the Istaravshan Central Regional Hospital,” the source said.
