DUSHANBE, June 29, 2010, Asia-Plus — The Dushanbe mayor’s office has opened a special bank account for ensuring the worthy celebration of the 20th anniversary of Tajikistan’s Independence, which is marked on September 9, 2011, according to the Dushanbe mayor’s office press service.
Dushanbe residents and enterprises and organizations located in the city may transfer donations to this bank account.
The Dushanbe mayor’s office asks the enterprises and organizations located in the city to transfer 2 percent of income tax to the bank account every month and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are asked to transfer 1 percent of income tax to this bank account, the press service said.
