DUSHANBE, July 24, 2010, Asia-Plus — Jamoliddin Muhiddinov, the director of Tajik State Circus, is participating in a symposium dedicated to the 40th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Circus.
The event that kicked off in Almaty, Kazakhstan on July 22 and lasts till July 27 has brought together circus managers from the CIS nations (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) as well as China and Japan to discuss expansion of cooperation, exchange of circus programs, participation in international circus festivals, and implementation of joint projects.
The meeting is also considering an international program of training of circus artistes within the CIS area, aiming at restoring previous cooperation between the CIS circuses.
Circus managers from the CIS nations, in particular, offered to arrange free movement of circuses within the CIS area, using good practice of the European in the circus activity.
