DUSHANBE, June 23, 2012, Asia-Plus – Shavkat Khalilov, director of leading private Tajik Internet provider, died suddenly in Dushanbe Friday at the age of 49. According to some reports, Khalilov died of a cardiac arrest.
Shavkat Khalilov founded his company, Telecom Technology, in 1996 and it is now among leaders in the telecommunications market of Tajikistan.
