DUSHANBE, July 18, 2015, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmon has introduced a number of staff changes to judicial bodies and the customs service of the country.

According to the Tajik president’s official website, Fathuddin Vaysiddin was recalled from the position of the deputy chairman of the Higher Economic Court of Tajikistan in connection with termination of his term of office upon the recommendation of the president.

Mahmadsaid Shohiyon, former judge at the Higher Economic Court of Tajikistan, was recommended as candidate for that position.

Marhabo Naimzoda, former judge at the Dushanbe City Court, Muhammadjaloliddin Kenjazoda, formerly the first deputy chairman of the Yovon District Court, Safarbeg Ghulomov, formerly judge at the Khatlon Regional Court, Dilbar Mahmadsharof, formerly judge at the Sughd Regional Court, and Sulaymon Qosimzoda, formerly judge at the Konibodom City Court, were recommended for positions of judges at the Supreme Court of Tajikistan.

President’s recommendations have been sent to Tajikistan’s upper house (Majlisi Milli) of parliament.

Chairperson of the Khatlon Economic Court Qutfiniso Bobokalonova, judge at the Dushanbe City Court Mohbi Qurbonova, chairperson of the Istiqlol City Court Atoi Saodat Ibrohim and judge at the Hisor District Court Khosiyat Olimzoda were retired for age reasons.

Azim Haidar Tursunzoda was appointed deputy head of the Customs Service under the Government of Tajikistan.
