Dushanbe. 20 August. “Asia Plus” — A cooperation agreement between the Ministries of Justice of the SCO member states was signed on the results of the third meeting of Justice Ministers of SCO member states.

This two-day event, which was attended by the Ministers of Justice of Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, observer states and dialogue partners of the SCO, ended on Tuesday in Dushanbe.

The signed document regulates the main directions of cooperation between the Justice Ministries of the SCO member states.

During the meeting special attention was paid to the strengthening of cooperation in the field of legal assistance, deepening of judicial reforms, ensuring of legal guarantees, regional security, ensuring the supremacy of law, and the sharing of experience between the Ministries of Justice on certain issues, representing mutual interest.
