DUSHANBE, October 8, 2015, Asia-Plus – A two-day international economic forum entitled “Hisor-3000” kicked off in Dushanbe and Hisor today, according to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MoEDT).
An official source at a MoEDT says the forum’s theme is “The Role of Entrepreneurship in Development of the Regions of Tajikistan.”
According to him, the main objective of the forum is in monitoring, assessing and coordinating projects being implemented in the regions, discussing the progress of implementation of national programs for socioeconomic development of the regions, attraction of investments, development of tourism, etc.
Industrial and agricultural exhibitions are being held on the sidelines of the forum. Entrepreneurs from districts subordinate to the center have put on display their achievements in industry and agriculture at these fairs.
