DUSHANBE, June 21, 2016, Asia-Plus – Two Tajik nationals have been arrested on suspicion of killing a Tajik cadet at the East Siberian Instituted of the Russian Interior Ministry in Irkutsk.

According to the official website of the Russian Investigative Committee’s  office for Irkutsk oblast, two Tajik national have been arrested on suspicion of killing the 20-year-old Saidshoh Islomov, the second-year student at the East-Siberian Institute of the Russian Interior Ministry in Irkutsk.  They reportedly killed him following quarrel.  They inflicted several stab wounds on Saidshoh Islomov and escaped.

The incident took place on June 12 and they were arrested on June 17.  The suspects were reportedly detained in the city of Krasnoyarsk and their names are not disclosed in the interest of investigation.  

The body of Saidshoh Islomov was sent to Tajikistan Monday evening.
