In Dushanbe, the criminal case was closed on the fact of a fight and the murder of two teenagers committed in January this year. In the dock were 15 young people. Only two of them were adults.

By 19 years of the colony was sentenced Firuz Dodarbekov. He was convicted under two articles of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan – art. 110 (deliberate infliction of serious harm to health) and art. 237 (hooliganism). Faridun Najmiddinov was also sentenced to 3,5 years of imprisonment under article "hooliganism". Both convicts were over 18 years old, said presiding Judge Dilovar Safarzoda.

Recall that as a result of the fight that occurred between teenagers in January 2017 at an Internet cafe in the 104th microdistrict, two young people were killed: 19-year-old Ibrokhim Khodzhaev and 18-year-old Somon Sharipov. In fact, the fights were immediately detained more than 20 people, including schoolchildren.

"Two young men who were found guilty of murder were sentenced to 10 and 12 years in prison. Their names are not reported, as both convicts have not reached adulthood, and therefore as a minor they have received maximum for their age terms for the murder, "- explained in the city court.

Three more juvenile participants in the fight were sentenced to 5 years imprisonment with serving their sentence in a juvenile colony. Earlier two more teenagers were sentenced by the same term.

The remaining six participants in the fight are fined five thousand somoni each.
