They swore and forcibly broke into the neighbor’s apartment and beat her: her children prevented them

The investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan in the city of Dushanbe opened a criminal case against three residents of the city who beat and insulted their neighbor for the fact that her children disturb their peace, the press center of the metropolitan police reports.

The defendants 34 year old Sairambi Amonova, 26 year old Madina Sharifkhon and 25 year old Samira Khayrulloeva, who live on the streets of Negmat Karabaev and Borbad, accused Khaticha Bozorova of her children disturbing the peace of their girlfriend – Bozorova’s neighbor.

They came to the woman’s house with swearing, but, noticing that Bozorova was filming their profanity on her cell phone, broke into her apartment and beat her, the message says.

" A criminal case has been opened against women detained under articles 147 (violation of the inviolability of the home) and 237 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan. They face up to seven years in prison, each ", – the capital's Interior Ministry notes.
