According to the Interior Ministry press center, a 56-year-old resident of Vahdat Township, who has previous conviction, has been detained on suspicion of committing murder in late 1995, when there was a civil confrontation in the country.

The investigation has established that the suspect, who reportedly was member of the armed group of Eshoni Nozim, killed a 59-year-old woman from Kalashnikov assault rifle on December 12, 1995.
