Who can submit works?

Ministries and agencies involved in literature, art, and journalism, as well as the National Academy of Sciences and creative unions, have the right to propose works for the award. Other scientific and cultural institutions, universities, publishing houses, and organizations can submit works through the aforementioned institutions.

How to submit works?

To submit works, an official letter signed by the head of the organization or institution must be provided, including the title of the work, the date of its first publication or presentation, and the author's name. The letter should also explain the content and artistic value of the work.

In addition, the following documents must be attached:

For the "Theater" category, a recording of the performance, along with a list of actors and the text of the play, is required. In the "Cinema" category, scripts and video recordings of films are accepted. For "Music," scores, audio recordings, and artistic video materials must be provided.
