Today early in the morning Syrian national football team arrived in Khujand, where they will play a friendly match with the national team of Tajikistan.

The game will be held on Saturday, August 27, on Khujand stadium “the 20 anniversary of Independence of Tajikistan”, which can accommodate 25 thousand spectators.

According to the official FFT website, the first group of the delegation of the national Syrian team, composed of 18 people, including 14 players, arrived in Dushanbe by a transit flight from Moscow. At the International airport of Khujand guests were met by the representatives of Football Federation of Tajikistan and Football Federation of Sughd region. 

The second group of Syrian national football team will arrive in our country tomorrow.

Tomorrow, August 26, at 10:30 a.m. in the conference hall of the Training center of the National Bank of Tajikistan in Guliston will be held pre-match press conference, where the head coaches and one player from both teams would answer journalists’ questions.
