A delegation of Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany in Uzbekistan visited on October 29 brewery of Carlsberg Uzbekistan. Company management welcomed about 45 staff of the Embassy and organized factory tour.

During the tour, the participants familiarized themselves with interesting historic facts on Carlsberg Uzbekistan brewery and received an opportunity to see production process at the brewery. After that mini Oktoberfest was held in informal environment, where Embassy staff was offered cultural program and tasted products of the brewery.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Federal Republic of Germany Mr. Matthias Mayer said: “Today, I am happy that we are at the brewery of Carlsberg Uzbekistan with the representatives of the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany. We tasted all sorts of bear brands, produced at the brewery, and we enjoyed it very much. I think Sarbast, Tuborg and Baltika No.3 trademarks will find potential consumers in Uzbekistan. We will recommend these beers to our families and relatives, so they can enjoy these products. So it is great day for all of us, we are very glad that we have been received cordially and we want to visit the brewery again.”

It should be noted that Carlsberg Uzbekistan organizes brewery tours to all interested adults through preliminary registration over phone or website.
