district of Sino, the law enforcement agencies have made up a comparative portrait of the alleged killer following questioning witnesses.  The source refrained from giving further details.

Friday [January 27] morning near his house.  Criminal proceedings have been instituted and investigation is under way.   The law enforcement agencies are considering possible motives for the crime.
