DSHANBE, January 31, Asia-Plus — By presidential decree Fayzullo Kholboboyev was relieved of his post of State Adviser for the Tajik President for Economic Matters in connection with transfer to other job.

’s Representative to the CIS Economic Commission and the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC), and he was replaced in his post of State Adviser for Economic Matters by Matlubkhon Davlatov.

 

Matlubkhon Davlatov had previous been Chairman of the State Finance Control Committee.






Abdujabbor Shirinov, who had worked as First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT), was appointed Chairman of the State Finance Control.





Ayub Sanginov was relieved of his post of chairman of Bobjoghafurov district (Sughd) and appointed acting chairman of Spitamen district (Sughd) replacing Shavkat Karimov in this post. Qodir Saidov, who had been chairman of Farkhor district (Khatlon), replaced Nurullo Ahsurov in his post of deputy minister of land reclamation and water recourses. Ghulom Boyakov replaced Qodir Saidov in his post of chairman Farkhor district.

     








Kholmurod Mirzobekov was dismissed of his post of chairman of Yovon district; he was replaced by Komiljon Kholov.

 

Sadriddin Davlatov replaced Ismoil Shofiyev in his post of chairman of Khuroson district.

 

Abdugaffor Rahmonov was dismissed of his post of chairman of Qumsangir district; Rahmatullo Safarov replaced him in this post.

 








Besides, Sulton Yusupov was dismissed of his post of head of the economic security department within Tajik Security Council in connection with transfer to other job.

 

He was replaced by Aslambek Sadulloyev.

  






By president’s directions Habibullo Odinayev was dismissed of his post of head of the control department within the President’s Executive Office, Qurbon Vosiyev was relieved of his post of senior adviser to the president for social development, Karomatullo Mirzoyev was relieved of his post of head of the information-analytical department within the President’s Executive Office, Taghai Rahmonov was dismissed of his post of head of the information security and international ties department within Tajik Security Council, Ahmad Umarov was dismissed of his post of head of the unit for construction of government facilities within the President’s Executive Office, and Usmonqul Shokirov was relieved of his post of head of the emergencies and environmental protection department within the President’s Executive Office.

 

All of them were pensioned off.

   




Odiljon Jabborov, who had been deputy head of finance department within the President’s Executive Office, was appointed deputy chairman of Khatlon province.

 

Abduvali Komilov was relieved of his post of deputy chairman of the committee for construction and architecture and appointed deputy chairman of Khatlon province.

  





           

By government’s resolutions Abdunabi Sattorov was relieved of his post of deputy foreign minister and Ibrohim Usmonov was relieved on his post of deputy communications minister.

 

They were pensioned off.

 

Ibrohim Usmonov was replaced in his post of deputy communications minister by Anorjon Zokirova.

    




Qurbonali Azimov, who had been deputy finance minister, was appointed head of state company “Tojiksarmoyaguzor” (investments insurance) under the government of

By government’s resolution, Mirzo Anvarov was relieved of his post of director general of the Tajik state air company “Tojikiston” in connection with transfer to other job.

 

He was replaced in his post of head of Tajik national airlines by Hokimsho Tilloyev.

 

Tilloyev had previously been First Deputy Minister of State Revenues and Tax Collections. Firuz Hamroyev, who had been head of civil aviation department within the transport ministry, replaced Rustam Kholiqov in his post of first deputy director general of the Tajik state air company “Tojikiston”.



Rajabali Azimov was dismissed of his post of deputy emergencies minister in connection with transfer to other job.

 

He was replaced in his post of deputy emergencies minister by Nuralisho Nazarov, who had previously been first deputy head of the Tajik border protection committee.

   




Beg Zuhurov, who had been deputy communications minister, replaced Sherali Najmuddinov in his post of first deputy communications minister.

  





           

Munavvara Ismoilova replaced Gul Oimahmadov in his post of director general of the agency for space, geodesy and cartography.

   




President Rahmonov also supported candidacy of Nabi Maqsudov to the post of deputy chairman of Sughd province.
