Yesterday Magzum Mirzagaliev, Director General of TenizService and Curtis Bordelon, M-I SWACO American company Chairman signed charter documents for KAZ M-I joint enterprise (JE) creation.

The main direction of its activity will become production and realization of boring fluid, drilling waste recycling, oil field reagents’ supply and pipeline additives. Equity TenizService share in JE will be equal to 51% and M-I SWACO will have 49%, Mirzagaliev said on the signing ceremony.

Kairgeldy Kabyldin, KazMunaiGaz Company President informed that JE establishing is the next step in international cooperation development in oil-and-gas sphere. This JE at first will let meet demands in boring fluid and drilling waste recycling for different oil-and-gas operators ashore as well as afloat.

TenizService is an affiliate company of KazMunaiGaz established for realization of Caspian Sea shelf development state program. The company implemented a number of such projects as support base of offshore operations, landfill and sea-craft fuel station. One of the key company directions is service spectrum expansion on Kazakhstan market.

M-I SWACO dealt with development and implementation of boring fluid design, workover fluid and engineering service for more than half a century. In Kazakhstan company worked since 1993. Affiliate staff is equal to almost 350 employees.
